Automatic payments are drafted from your bank account each month on your due date. You never have to worry about late fees because you're always on time! Sign up and receive a one-time $10 bill credit.
Residential members may purchase energy before they use it. Members receive alerts when their account is running low and they can reload it any time! Prepay members avoid late fees, collection fees, paper bills and are better able to monitor their energy usage.
1) Start by calling 800-292-6585 and ask for Prepay Service.
2) Load $100 or more onto your account.
3) Done! (You'll receive daily alerts to let you know how you're doing)

Credit Card Payments
You can pay your bill using any major credit card: However, members will be responsible for any fees involved in processing the credit/debit card payment. These fees are passed directly to the credit card agent with the Cooperative receiving only the amount of your electric bill and none of the processing fees.

Extension and Payment Arrangement Plans
If you are having problems paying your bill, arrangements can be made on an individual basis to extend payments. Payment arrangements can be made by telephone if the extension is 30 days or less or an over 30 day extension can be made in person at our Shelbyville office.
