Notice of Board Vacancy – District 2 Representation

Shelbyville, KY – Following the passing of Roger G. Taylor, Shelby Energy Cooperative announces a vacancy on its Board of Directors representing Henry County.

Mr. Taylor served the Cooperative with distinction for more than 30 years, and his leadership and dedication will be deeply missed. In accordance with Shelby Energy Cooperative bylaws, the Board will take steps to fill the vacant seat.
