PREPAY
Residential members may purchase energy before they use it. Members receive alerts when their account is running low and they can reload it any time! Prepay members avoid late fees, collection fees, paper bills and are better able to monitor their energy usage.
1) Start by calling 800-292-6585 and ask for Prepay Service.
2) Load $100 or more onto your account.
3) Done! (You'll receive daily alerts to let you know how you're doing)
AUTOPAY
Automatic payments are drafted from your bank account each month on your due date. You never have to worry about late fees because you're always on time!
